The proposed venue is the campus of the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, IITA, in Ibadan. IITA has a world class conference centre and International hotel situated within its campus in the northern part of Ibadan.

It has standard facilities to host International Conferences. The bonus of having the conference within the campus of the IITA is that hotel facilities are just 10 minutes walk away, there is a lake where guest could fish and several other facilities available free once you are a guest.
